Caporelli

born in Ancona, Italy,
the 28th January 1970. His grandfather, General Piero Pergoli Campanelli,
was Italian Air Force pilot in WWII. Stefano started to fly as civil
aviation pilot in 1989. Holder of an ICAO Airline Transport Pilot
Licence, Stefano has flown many aircraft, from the smallest ultralights,
gliders, helicopters, executive jets and regional airliners, to the
MiG21UM supersonic fighter. His total flight time as pilot is 4200
hours, mainly on regional airlines turboprops.
As aviation photographer and journalist
Stefano collaborates mainly with the italian premier aviation magazine
"Volare", but his works have been seen also in other italian
and international aviation magazines too.
